As a Buyer's Advocate I will work only for you, not the Seller. The Buyer should know where the Buyer's Agents loyalty lies at all times.

Search the multiple listing system for homes, which meet your Buyer's Criteria. This will be done on a daily basis and sent to you via your chosen method. Via the fax, e-mail, or post.

Locate homes, which are not listed with a Real Estate company, research avenues for other homes such as For Sale By Owners, canvas neighborhoods for unlisted homes. Builders if you choose new construction.

Provide you with detailed computer generated information, photos and maps of the area for the homes, which met your criteria.

Counsel you on all financial loan options available to you. Assist you in obtaining mortgage information. Mortgage 101 has a wealth of information concerning any form of mortgage details. This is a very important part of your initial real estate search.

Arrange private showings and or meetings with builders if new construction.

Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of individual properties. Determine with you the fair market value.

Negotiate the strategies to obtain the most favorable price and terms with your interest in mind at all times.

Prepare the purchase agreement and help facilitate the purchase.

Monitor all activities through out the purchasing, including the inspection, appraisal, survey and attending the closing with you.

Communicate, communicate, communicate. I will keep you informed of all activities.
