Did you know when you inquire of a listing agent (the one on the sign) any information on a particular piece of property you are not being given all the information. The listing agent is legally bound to the Seller. They can not give you market comparables, negotiate the price, or tell you anything which might effect the marketability of this property in the future. (Area decline, future expansion of the area, etc.) As you can see, this is great for the Seller, but what about the Buyer. Conversely, a true Buyers Broker will get you all the information needed to make the decision to pursue the property.
